A few months ago I saw how they were showing off their new factories that could produce so many missiles that they easily dwarf Russia & NATO combined.

That may have been the case as the first star wars movie is episode IV. This is the ending for VI:
The prequel looks high energy and fun, but there is no Mad max in the film though lol. There are a lot of complaints that the new film is almost entirely CGI. Fury Road was the last time I had a great time in the theaters- it seems like such a spectacle hasn't been made again in current conditions. After fury road there was a bunch of interesting (official) comic book spin offs that revealed a lot more about the world building.
