Truly horrible. That’s just a f*cking board strapped on Elsa’s back. Nothing 3D about it. Why can’t they just admit that what nature has created is usually more beautiful than anything manmade? So copy birds’ wings, butterflies’ wings etc.

Kelly, they cast you. Shouldn’t you take that to mean they loved the way you looked on the day of the castings? There’s no need to go on an extreme workout and diet regime for a month after that. Yes, VS might send mixed messages with the whole fitness goals thing but I think what they want is to make sure that the girls maintain the look they had at castings, not that they keep losing weight on and on till fittings. Ok, maybe Kelly feels she did some hocus pocus trick for the castings and that’s not the condition her body is in normally but this is too much.

I like that they are doing it for charity. However, selling “exclusivity” is a valid marketing strategy. Of course, VS can be criticized for presenting a very narrow image of what is “perfect” because they are still trying to sell to the masses unlike e.g. couture houses.

I noticed the jaw thing too. It reminded me of Alexina’s, which is not a good thing. Also, in the videos where she was in a car ready for a Q&A her face looked sort of sunken in. Loss of fat in the face makes one look less youthful.

I think VS really got in Josephine’s head when they pulled the stunt of hiring 10 new Angels at the same time but didn’t include her. They even chose a Russian model who barely spoke any English over her. That’s why I think Josephine could be grandma age and still tear up over the thought of how amazing it was when she “got her wings” and became an actual Angel.

The posting style on the VSFS 2018 general thread and the main VS one has gotten so irritating. Sad to see the board culture change into over-the-top stanning being seen as “funny.” Attempts to be ironic or self-deprecating about it fall flat.

Now it’s not even miniskirts, it’s pyjama pants? Whoever wears that outfit certainly doesn’t need to #trainlikeanangel. I always feel that those who are covered up on the runway lose a bit of bragging rights about doing the show because it used to mean that you had one of the best bodies but that’s when girl wore just bras and panties on the runway.

The Behati thing is the saddest because it’s 100% caused by people stanning Adam Levine. Behati herself doesn’t inspire the obsession unlike Candice.
