The way it was written coupled with her having attended castings recently but not getting booked makes me think it’s unlikely that she referred to an early 00s or 90s blonde Angel but rather to someone who is in the current line-up. The whole “some girls” and “hard work” implied to me that a current Angel (not e.g. someone in their forties and who has moved on from VS) got to the top on her back and has taken a spot from more deserving models who are working very hard to reach the top. If she was referring to Karen Mulder, she could have just said it. Plus, “I know everyone’s assuming every blonde girl who’s ever worked for VS did that which wasn’t my intention” makes it seem like she was not talking about a past model.

There will definitely be an old-timey opulent gold themed segment. I dislike the cut of Devon’s top, I don’t think it’s flattering. And I hated Romee’s “wings” last year, so I’m not thrilled with this parachute idea.

It does seem that way. So maybe they’ll do fewer locations this year. Maybe the issue will even be an Australian themed one. But at least the girls shooting now got a real SI location and not someone’s backyard.

Those comments are still a bit suspect to me. She is not categorically denying there being any truth to the rumour she heard. If Candice is her fucking queen and it was never her intention for girls to attack Elsa, that would leave Stella, Martha and Romee from the current blonde Angels. (I don’t think she would have repeated a vintage rumour in that manner.) And Martha could never be described as “one of the biggest vs angels.” Stella and Romee maybe because they have received accolades from the industry outside the VS bubble.

That was probably the right call Because no one knows her source so if it’s a real friend, she didn’t throw him or her under the bus and she can still say, “I believe you,” in private. If she started the rumour herself or just saw some random comment on the internet and ran with it, she can fake not really remembering how believable the source was in the first place.

She didn’t take it back completely though… Instead of saying, “I made all of it up,” or “What I was told probably wasn’t even true,” she said, “please don’t attack all the girls they don’t deserve It either” as in don’t paint all the blondes with the same brush. So, apparently someone still IS that girl in her mind at least.

I wouldn’t lean towards Romee because the only one she needed in her corner was Ed Razek and she had him even before she had met him because he had seen her picture in a ski magazine. (Or so they say but I believe it.) No one is even entertaining the thought that it’d be Martha. Neither do I.

Thanks, @bump! Erin said in an interview that she is not an actress like some models are, she doesn’t know how. Her secret to selling well as a VS model was being happy and it coming through in the pictures. So, I guess when she wasn’t feeling good about herself or the job anymore, she wasn’t able to hide it and her work started to suffer as a result.

Also, those floral panties have a granny panty feel.
