Especially when she sounded like she had some regrets over not pursuing medical school but justified it by saying that she had made more money in modelling than she would have as a doctor… If modelling is not for you then get in and get out, make your money, but then you should be able to stop with the lifestyles of the rich and famous too. She would have still been able to lead a very comfortable lifestyle while pursuing school or another career and yes, even starting her own business.

Shiseido was a bone Elsa’s MUA friend threw at her according to her thread. She is not a spokesmodel for Bobbi Brown like Kate Upton, Katie Holmes etc. were so she doesn’t get the big bucks either. She tried to start her own “brand” but it failed. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was broke without the VS cheque just like Erin Heatherton is about to file for bankruptcy. She, too, tried to become a designer by having her own company.

Hoe Hicks is not good at telling lies to cover for wrongdoings. I bet she folds like a house of cards when a little pressure is applied during a hearing or an interrogation. I, too, suspect she went to Air Force One to give Trump and his team the heads up. To try to make up for her blunder, she probably blew Trump before leaving.

I’ve always had the impression that Leo ruined Erin. That he broke her heart when he dumped her. I think he “dated” Blake Lively as a favour to her and Harvey Weinstein. Rumour has it that she escaped to his yacht because she had had an affair with Ben Affleck who was married at the time. She had to be linked to Leo to avoid the stigma of being thought as a homewrecking whore by all the women who liked seeing America’s sweetheart Jennifer Garner out and about with her adorable dimpled kids. Blake even got to be the one who “dumped” Leo and he supposedly pined after her.

Even after estimating renovation costs, whatever the amount she put into attempting to start a business and the cost of getting sued on two occasions, it shouldn’t be enough to eat away all of the profit of the sale. She must have racked up a lot of debt maintaining a fancy NYC lifestyle while generating little new income. It still feels that she should have been able to invest her modelling money and reap passive income from it. If asking for $15,000 a month for renting her apartment is anything to go by, her monthly expenses must have been huge. You can rent a luxury mansion for that amount, so the super-rich had no incentive to take her up on her offer.
