Doutzen is 5'9-5'10 depending on whom you ask. Their shortest Angel ever is Laetitia Casta who's 5'6-5'7. When they did the model search in 2009, they requested models to be 5'8 barefoot. So I'd say that's the limit now. But if they like the girl's look/personality/market demo appeal enough, they'll probably make an exception.
