5 Is the subject of another post, been looking for her, I just saw 4 yesterday someplace. I'll try to retrace my steps.

Almost 100%, can't find any attribution for her on Intimissimi, Lavigna, or Intimiti. The only difference I see on the Bornmodels site is her belly button, maybe she gave birth?

I finally found an image that came up with a hit on her Ashton portfolio. I've found that, even very similar images, will give different reverse image results. Even different crops on images will give different results. After I found the Ashton account I searched her name and found @Kim Florida had ID'd her last year. You are welcome!
