Marisa Miller
Is that Miranda Kerr, in the top row?
-
Karen Mulder
That's very cool. Do you think they look alike? I wouldn't have picked them as sisters. Very cool.
-
Niki Taylor
Agree ... ... disagree, disagree. I don't think I knew that Bazaar cover, or didn't remember it. Very, very pretty.

Linda Evangelista
Agree. I also think the quality of the editorials has decreased. Over on the bwgreyscale forum, there was an interesting Forbes article that was linked to, which talked about top-earning models: It's an excellent article (if you are interested in the industry). The original article: http://www.forbes.com/media/2007/07/19/mod...6topmodels.html The thread on bwgreyscale (only a little discussion, at the moment): http://www.bwgreyscale.com/discussion_boar...opic.php?t=8783

Cameron Diaz
Me neither Not to totally untrack this thread, but speaking for men in general, men are interested in dating Cameron Diaz. Obviously, there are lots of reasons why someone is single. But I don’t think in Cameron Diaz’s case that it’s due to a general lack of interest from the male population.

Best movie kisses!
Grace Kelly kissing Cary Grant at the doorway of her hotel room in TO CATCH A THIEF. In PRELUDE TO A KISS, there is a terrific romantic moment between Alec Baldwin and Sydney Walker. It's been a long time since I saw the film, and I am not sure that they actually kiss, but I remember it was superbly acted and a very romantic, touching moment (Baldwin finds his missing wife). Marilyn Monroe kissing Tony Curtis in SOME LIKE IT HOT. "Sorry. It's no use."

Sara Foster
You can't tell from responses. Besides, I think most people are lurkers. re: Sara Foster. I had never heard of her until she was in Entourage (Season 1). She appears in the episode under her own name, too, I guess as "herself". I think I have selective/eclectic taste too. And if you're a fan of Sara Foster the model, you might also like Valeria Mazza (if you don't already know of her), the fashion model. She has a thread here on Bellaon: http://www.bellazon.com/main/index.php?sho...l=valeria+mazza An excellent model and a very, very beautiful woman.

Stephanie Seymour
I would have guessed in the mid-80s too (you have a good eye for clothes; I would never have been able to do it that way). In several of those pictures, she looks quite young. Love the early work!

Elsa Benitez
That's a nice editorial. Good stuff. Love that 1960 shot.
-
Stephanie Seymour
Wow! What a great set. Particularly liked that Erez series. Do you know the approximate date on that?
-
Christy Turlington
Excellent collection there. I thought several of those runway outfits were, literally, exquisitely beautiful. Gorgeous. Her exit with that Chanel swimsuit is in her documentary CATWALK.

Marisa Miller
Disagree wrt 'retarded'. I think you did a nice job. All that cloning stuff can take a long time, especially with sections where texture is important (like rocks), and you did a nice job with it.

Cindy Crawford
Yeah, lots of those new to me. Very, very cool. Not crazy about that tattoo, though. I wonder if she chose it, or was chosen for her.
-
Elle MacPherson
Lots of those new to me. Very cool. I like the PHOTO with the dolphins, especially. Nice.

Niki Taylor
Can't seem to quote an image. #2 is new to me. Great cover.
-
Susan Holmes
Very good interview. I don't think I knew she was from San Diego (California), or if I did, had forgot that. Very good interview with her.
-
Vendela Kirsebom
Agree. Some of my favorite SI pictures are of Vendela. In the SI videos too.

Love the early work! Really excellent. I like the pants- pattern outfit in that edit, too. Good stuff. Did you notice, this work is from SO early in her career that Cindy's mole is, on the other side of her face.- Valeria Mazza
New to me, and GORGEOUS! Agree, agree, agree! Yes she is!- Christie Brinkley
Yes it is! By the way, (you probably know this, but) be careful about buying fashion/model/photographic slides on eBay. Make sure the seller is a reputable dealer, and you're not buying a fake of some kind.- Valeria Mazza
Valeria is the June cover of Woman Spain. See Judith's post on the BWGreyscale forum: http://www.bwgreyscale.com/discussion_boar...opic.php?t=8583- Paulina Porizkova
Gorgeous! Had not seen that one before.- Christie Brinkley
Oh, I think there are fans of Christie's around here. I'm certainly here. Or I think I'm here. <_< And I don't know a better forum. I think what happens for some of the "classic" models is they aren't as popular, so fewer people post less often, and also visit in general less often. I don't visit the forum everyday, for example, and if the Niki Taylor (Karen Mulder, Stephanie Seymour, Valeria Mazza, Ashley Richardson, ...) thread slips past Page 2 or 3, I won't catch it. And the forum moves fast. And I don't always have time to make a post. Even a quick reply. Don't sweat it. The lurkers love Christie, I'm sure. - Niki Taylor
