    The eye colour is a good observation. As for the eyebrows, I was also struck by that at first, but have a look at all the images in Bianca's two portfolios linked above. They're not the same in all the pictures--bushy in some, thinner in others--so that's not decisive. But the eye colour might be.

First, the mystery girl (Jolidon FW 2013): Now, Bianca Munteanu (all Jolidon, some FW 2013, at least one FW 2014-15): Bianca is also with Modelwerk in Hamburg: http://www.modelwerk.de/page/model.html?id=3769 As for my opinion, I think it's her, but I'm not sure.
