On XP Goto "My Computer" (or use "My Computer" in Explorer) - right-click the CD Drive - select Properties/Autoplay tab" This box contains settings that tells Windows what to do depending on what it sees on the CD. You can make it react differently depending on whether the CD contains Music, Pictures, Video, or Mixed Content.

I know shes got a very good set of pictures in africa which i think would do the trick just fine, not to mention the billion pics of her in a bikini on a beach somewhere. What I think is wrong is the following. (you have to make sure that hidden files and protected OS system files are visable) Go to c:/WINNT and find the file ShellIconCache (it will be hidden). Delete that file and reboot your computer, all the icons should refresh and then you should see them normaly again.
