Agreed! A prime cut of meat literally only needs its own fat and juices to carry it all the way. Salt and pepper should usually be the only ingredients needed to compliment its flavor. And ah okay, had to look up merken but sounds like a perfect spice for pork! Dam, those little buns look scrumptious for the sausages. Such a bummer u were all out I so want to pay u a visit on one of ur epic grilling days

^ Now those are some nice hunks of meat! For the meats, what seasoning, herbs, or onions/garlic do u use if any? And are those the little sausages you stuff in the bread? Indeed, that is much too cooked! Such cooking methods should be outlawed
