Well, I'm 75% sure. Maybe it's Quiana Grant, but skin color has nothing to do with it, seeing as the company can use make-up. But then again, I could be completely wrong, but I've checked models that did something for maybelline, but she and Quiana are the only two that has comparisons the girl in your post.
