Possibly so. As we know, they're shooting in the London area at the moment, chances are that they'll be in need of at least a few British actors and actresses to fulfill small roles here and there.

Such a delight. Whenever Wes Anderson releases something new, it makes me reevaluate my top three Wes Anderson movies.
Don't suppose anyone knows who the lady at the bottom left (sitting to Downey's right) of the photo is, do they? Edit: Someone says it's a British actress called Dominique Provost-Chalkley. Honestly, I'm none the wiser.

I'd be expecting a rather large tip if I were waiting on that particular table. A lot of people seem to think it's the actress Linda Cardellini seated at the back, but I'm taking that with a pinch of salt for now. It's definitely Ruffalo's hair next to Whedon though.
It seems the Justice League movie is now officially a thing, with Zack Snyder (perhaps subject to the box office performance of BvS in 2016) confirmed to return to the director's chair. Commence celebrations or gnashing of teeth now...

The rumour is that she'll be playing either Leslie Thompkins, or a similarly-written character. Leslie was a medical doctor who knew Batman's secret identity and who would help him out by tending to his wounds, relaying the word on the street to him, that sort of thing. Supposedly, the other two are going to be playing non-canon characters.
