All I wanna say is that HBO fucked me up with True Blood's last season which was trash, they have now fucked me again with this GOT season that was also trash, I was by no means expecting a happy ending but the execution of this was so so poor! It all felt rushed and choppy and the amount of unexplained shit they left was mindblowing, i.e Jon being a Targaryen wasn't mentioned once when they were deciding who was going to reign, the point of Cersei's pregnancy? never explained but the worst for me ... I will say this, the storyline for S8 was trash but the cinematography was beautiful this season, the last episode had easily some of the most visually stunning moments in the show: Dany addressing the crowd with Drogon behind her, Drogon in the snow/ashes when Jon finds him, Drogon & the throne and Drogon taking Dany, Jon seeing Ghost again. Sansa getting ready at the end of the episode was a simpler scene but also also beautifully done and I appreciated the hair detail a lot, she finally found herself. As much as I loathed Sansa the whole show, her standing up for the North even against her brother was great, probably my favorite part of the episode plot-wise.
