Also, we're possibly looking at Adri/Ale's last show so one of them better open that shiz, hopefully Adriana cuz Alessandra's opening in 2009 was a mess, and let's get real Adriana is perfect to open a Boho Psychodelic segment. If not Adriana, then I'd say Candice is probably opening, but if it'll be one of the newbies, then I do think it should 100% be Elsa

It's not special treatment, not all the models find out at the same time because it's something that depends 100% on the agency. I don't like Kendull at all, but if anything Gigi is the one who got special treatment this time. As far as I've been told Kendull went to castings like everyone else, it was her agency that decided not to tell her until yesterday. I'm also 99% sure we'll get a Karlie-esque segment with Gigi but we'll see Like for example, Elsa's bday is this Saturday so if she was to open the show VS could easily tell her on Saturday, tape it and make a cute video with it for the show. Not saying it will happen, but y'all know VS loves lame and cute shit. I'm still hoping Spanky opens and slays that shiz

Wasn't lily at castings tho? the way Jourdan worded the tweet sounded like it wasn't her choice. She said she feels better as if she was upset about it. Lily D was not at castings, neither was Jourdan. Not every model has to go through castings, Jourdan and Lily probably got invited like Izabel did and turned it down for whatever reason. If Jourdan doesn't like Gigi/Kendull and she knew they were attending castings (and she probably did, models gossip like there's no tomorrow lmao) she could have been like NOPE, and she wouldn't have been the only one, y'all think VS is the holy grail for every model and it isn't. Especially not when you already have a Maybelline contract and are one of the most in demand models atm so if you know some bitches you don't like are walking, why even bother going?

I hope y'all realize it was 100% Jourdan's choice not to walk the show right? This isn't a coincidence folks, I doubt it was VS deciding to cut some of their big names regular, seems to be like the girls like Constance, Lily, Jourdan, Isabeli and such are just over it with VS. I'm sure they'll retain at least some of the new angels. Lais and Elsa in particular. I've heard a lot of speculation the new angels got trial contracts to see which ones could graduate to more time with the brand.It was a trial, almost every Angel starts with a trial. After the show they are filming the Swim Special and just like last year, whoever doesn't make the cut to St. Barths is probably not making the cut to 2016.

If I wasn't so lazy I would explain the entire contract thing but a good resume is that nope, they don't all have to resign every year. Right now Adriana, Candice, Behati and Elsa are the only ones I'm 100% positive will make it through 2016. The other 11 are either expiring this year after the show or very early next year.

2001, 2003, 2008 & 2014s are my favorites in pictures, for the show I'd say 2005 and 2006 were by a long shot the best 2007, 2009 and 2011 the ones I like the least. I hope next year VS tries different colors, i can't believe there's still no pink bra or purple or green o.o
