Actually, he was lucky enough to inherit the side (or at least, most of it) that Guus Hiddink built at PSV. He was alright as long as he didn't start to tinker too much with the squad and the formation. After that, it quickly fell apart as well. They're merely a shadow of their former selves at this point.
