I think the Posey pick-up for the Hornets will be the biggest move of the year, along with Mo Williams joining Lebron. I doubt if Elton Brand will be enough to allow the Sixers any sort of serious play-off run. Oh and the Phoenix Suns will soon be kicking themselves for basically giving the Rudy Fernandez pick away to Portland. He's going to be great.

There might be, but any difference is so minimal that it's hard to imagine it being attributed to cosmetic surgery.
