i've met her - she seemed quite arrogant - also my friends sister is a room attendant at a hotel in melbourne and she said during her stay, she was incredibly rude to the staff, she said that she had rearranged all the furniture and screamed at the staff when they left it that way. she left no tip and has a disgusting habit of not flushing the toilet after doing number 2. cow. :yuckky:
