I'd wager having a famous last name played a part in the puzzle too . But as to the question, I can survive in the the wilderness, do I need a reality show ? My grandmother had 9 kids does she need a reality show? I'm not sure what Reality shows you're familiar with, but in my experience being special, one in a million or talented on any level isn't a prerequisite for 99% of reality shows in general regardless of subject. That's what makes it reality TV. So called "real" situations with untalented, unprofessional people so you don't have to pay them as much as you would actors and skilled professionals and you don't have to hire the same calibre of production staff while you (executives, producers ect.) make a greater profit. Its just the world we live in now, but I do however agree that socialites should not be celebrities .

I always assumed height (both listed at 5'7.5* but likely more like 5'6 at the most) may have probably limited the runway careers of Julie and Josie in general (not that that has anything to do with VS print work obviously). But on the bright side they're definitely two of the most successful short models of all time and Josie in particular more well known than most tall models even . Though I like tall women (though not exclussively) I do find height to be somewhat drastically overrated in fashion at times admittedly...

Her butt? I thought it was her shoulders people were looking at more . But anyway, there's girls everywhere with big breasts but yet Playboy and Glamour models still make tons of money. There's even more blondes, but yet some women are where they are for being blonde and wouldn't be nearly as successful with brown or black hair. The game called fame isn't all about logic, but opportunity. Jlo is famous for her butt even though there are countless black and latin women with that same butt, Pamela Anderson was famous for her breasts...so its not too big of a shock that someone (Kim) with both might become famous in the age of Reality TV .
