Mmmm, teaching history to enforce obedience and discourage questioning definitely shows authoritarian characteristics...not what I'd expect from American education (unless you attended Donald University). It’s concerning when history lessons keep people stuck in "official" narratives instead of encouraging critical thinking. Questioning and seeking different perspectives is indispensable in modern education IMO.

  11. I’m not worried about him inventing new historical events, but politically inconvenient topics such as slavery, racism, controversial wars or presidential impeachments could be removed/reframed. That means erasing historical facts and replacing them with Donald-approved state narratives.
