I imagine most (all?) members sometimes think about leaving.

I decided to quote myself after seeing the movie. I was right, Valerian didn't help me decided what I think of her as an actress. She is hit and miss to me, maybe she will get the opportunity with higher quality work and have a chance to improve.

Unfortunately, I think the morality of the Nazis is not incomprehensible enough to all modern people.

Visually fun and impressive. Weak story and poor pacing made it hard for me to stay interested.

^^ I'm not sure I thought about it before my previous post. I wondered if Dorne was safe from the dead and that's why I thought of the question.

I always check the locks on my doors before I go to bed, even though I know they are locked.

Of course (hopefully within reason) Do you have favorite movies you re-watch frequently?

I'm not sure I have ever seen this talked about. How far south can the dead go? Can they only go where there is snow? Or can they go anywhere?

I heard someone compare the movie to Sicario today. Specifically, the approx. 20 minute scene when they go across the border to get the guy and bring him back. The comparison talked about the intensity of the scene combined with the lack of dialogue. Some similarities, I guess.

I can't be sure of the point, and as I said before their situation mostly confuses me. Maybe the writers are trying to put something positive in a show with a lot of negativity. I doubt there will be much more to their story than is already there.

A few good shots, but this one was my favorite of the set.

I don't dismiss the possibility they changed their mind later, but they are big fans of the books and GRRM, so I would imagine how it ends is really important to them. I know a lot of people who were fans of the books stopped watching the show once it caught up because they don't want the story lines ruined. I don't think I could have done that, one of the reasons I'm glad I had not read the books before the show.

I know the showrunners have meet with GRRM many times with one important meeting when they realized they were going to pass the books. My understanding is that they wanted to make sure the show ended the same way as GRRM is planning to end the books. The way they get there is likely to vary some (a lot?), but they wanted to be sure to get his approval.
