^^ You're right, characters built up over seasons are being done away with like they meant nothing. Euron will continue to be odd to me. I don't think I will get accustomed to a character being so important having come out of nowhere.

Complete guess but I think they put themselves (intentional or not) in the situation to go fast. The combination of the cost of the show getting higher and higher along with Benioff and Weiss being tired and wanting to move on probably forced the increased pace. The lack of source material probably doesn't help either. (among other reasons)

One of the most annoying things about politics is that the reactions to events is based on party and not reality or facts. Although, I do enjoy laughing at videos showing a politician completely changing his/her stance on something based on which party the President belongs to.

A couple of seasons ago I watched the episodes that leaked early. Not sure why, but I have not really looked for them this season.

Since they are done filming, I wonder if that means she won't be in it. Maybe she will be in the next Avengers movie.

That was a strong year for that category, but he certainly could have been nominated. He is good, so I imagine he will continue to get quality roles and have a chance for an Oscar again.

Selma - A well-told story which is a positive representation of what good can be done in the world, while at the same time being a negative representation of how horrible people can be to each other over something as unimportant as the color of one's skin. A couple of thoughts: 1) At some point I should stop being surprised at how awful humans can be to each other, but somehow I am still surprised sometimes. 2) Even though the events in the movie happened over 50 years ago, the mentality of those (including politicians) who want to keep people down because of race has not changed that much.

Not enough interest in this match-up.

If you have to go, it's not the worst way to go.

I was glad when Arya turned the right way on the road to head home. Of course, that doesn't mean she will make it there, but maybe.

I don't know. He has gone from not being in the show to being very important to the show in no time. I feel like I know almost nothing about him, except that he is apparently the greatest naval combatant in the world. I don't think that's possible. It seems like Bran will not accept it since he is the three-eyed raven.
