Biography Emma Summerton's Polaroid projects first developed as a series of visual love letters to her partner. Now translating to fashion commissions, her playful and emotive images use colour, scale and texture to tell stories with a modern graphic edge. On graduating from the National Art School in Sydney, Australian-born Emma Summerton began work as a photographic assistant, gaining notoriety with her first major client Australian Vogue.
