Sugar was very popular British teen magazine that got out in October 1994 and got cancelled in March 2011. There are also American and German versions of Sugar magazine. I really like this magazine and hope there are more fans, who will share editorials from them. Sadly I don't know ANY latin top models/starter models that I actually like, so who are your favorites? The trick here is they have to be mostly Hispanic.
