I love that theyâre forcing the chamber to read the entire bill before any debate/vote. This way, both the lawmakers and their voters know exactly whatâs in it, no more excuses like "I didnât know that was in the bill" or "They mustâve slipped that in at the last second."

It's quite noticeable in the newer photoshoots too.
