I believe men's restrooms are still worse than women's. I once had to use the men's dorm bathroom at a college and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever encountered. :x

Yeah, I have to agree with you mens bathrooms do stink, I've had to go inside once or twice myself. :x Womens bathrooms smell better when their clean but the reaosn why it smells like that is because someone is not clean :x or it's that time of the month and their not clean either way it's gross.

I don't think any public bathroom ever smells good. Which is why I try to stay far, far away from them.

Yeah that's true, which is why I love the smell of my own bathroom nice and clean and smells like lemons, which is totally hot. :)

I agree, as well. They always stink and it's really strong; if I walk past the men's room when someone's going in/coming out I almost always retch. >< And the toilets I went in were at university and I commute (takes about two hours to get back home), I had a three hour lecture/seminar so I couldn't wait until I went back home. Usually they are pretty clean, though. Public ones are awful. And where I live you have to pay to go in them because people were vandalising everything and putting stuff that burns your skin off on the toilet seats. O_O

And I don't have any kind of smell when it's that time of the month. Then again I am a hygiene freak who showers twice a day.

I'm scared of public rest rooms and I will only go into wash my hands if it's necessary, I carry wetnaps  I'm a hygiene freak to but I take it to the next level, I have to open all doors with napkins or wetnaps, because I hate germs that much LOL! so yeah and I'm forever in the shower My mom says I live inside the shower hehe, and I clean that and my bathroom every single chance I get so don't feel bad about being a hygiene freak.

I have to shower a lot while I'm on my period too. I think partly because it's so relaxing and relieves stress.

This is going to sound really gross, so I recommend that if you're a guy reading this .. you stop now.

I was going to use the bathroom last night before I went to bed and I turned on the light and looked at the rim of the toliet and my little sister got her period blood on the toliet seat. It was so gross I refused to use our bathroom, so I went in my parents bathroom. I made my sister clean it up this morning before she went to school.

She is such a slob and I hate sharing a bathroom with her because she leaves her dirty clothes on the floor, leaves her hairbrush out on the counter, she even leaves empty pop cans on the counter. I try to keep it as clean as possible, but she makes it hard.

OH SO NASTY :x I've had that happen when I had a room mate in college the first time, and we had to share the same bathroom...>.< I wouldn't use the bathroom for a month in that room, and I would use my best friends bathroom. I had to fully disinfect that bathroom.

 Glad you admit it! mens bathrooms are icky. You know what I always wondered do you all actually talk to each other when you use the urinals? I'm curious.

Yes, if we know each other.

That would be so awkward. I can't believe guys use urinals ( let alone talk while using them! ). I like to pee in privacy.

I think that's weird, I don't think I could talk to someone and go to the bathroom, something about that is just kind of gross :x maybe it's just me.

Men are used to that. Women always pee in privacy so they have learned to demand it. Peeing is a normal bodily function...

A normal bodily function I like to keep to myself.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

That's good, for women it's easy since you don't have urinals.

How did this thread turn into "peeing in privacy" ?

Bring back tampons, pads, menstrual blood, ...

It got transformed into a bodily function thread, not That Time Of The Month. :)

So ... to get back on topic ... do you girls prefer tampons or pads?

 Many probs you have. I`m happy not to be a woman :D To many probs and I like them to much hahaha

 that's funny! Tampons are very uncomfortable  but if I have to use them I will!
