I'm sorry but she has had lots of work done in these past 10 years - nose job, buccal fat removal, chin reduction, liposuction, bbl and now a breast implants. She was a fool because she didn't need any of this.

maybe you are correct, I don't know, but would you mind sharing your qualifications that make you such an expert in this topic to see all of this work? you are basically claiming she has nothing real remaining on her body... again, maybe you're right, but are you a surgeon or doctor specializing in this stuff? If not, what qualifies you to have such an amazing eye for catching it as opposed to just a hater trying to bring her down in the eyes of others for being "fake"?
