What's the deal with all these balloons in recent VS pics?

 

Since this year's holiday theme is Paris, maybe the balloons are in reference to Le Ballon Rouge and/or Air de Paris balloon.

Please can someone find the whole pic of my avi of Candice in good quality without the text?
