Did Elsa start calling paps on herself since she moved to LA? When she was in NY we never had so many candids. Also, she's hardly an A lister to get papped so much?

    I recall the paparazzi photos being a lot less regular than they are now.

    I think it's partially LA. It's more of a thing there in general. And if she lives in a neighbourhood where other celebs are known to live, they're probably hanging around more just for whatever sightings they can get. 

     

    But hey, maybe her new agency wants to market her more as a celeb and are calling for them.
