Agreed I really don't care for the other angels that much I mean Candice is okay sometimes and Behati is growing on me ,but Adri, Doutzen, and Ale are the ones still keeping me interested in VS as of now.

I don't even think Alessandra was that good this year, if this was her last show like the rumors said then she's leaving on a low note. I stand by what i said, Doutzen & Adriana owned the show this year, other than the two of them the other Angels were outshined by some of the other girls to me like Frida, Barbara, Shanina, Toni ... & I do like Behati, Ale & Miranda but i didn't feel like they were that great this year to be honest.

I'm also wondering what VS will do for the show this year, i hope they don't to 'Angel Profiles' again, it's been done like three times already. I hope they show something different this time, i always love Dri in those segments

^^ That would kind of suck if Ale left VS next year. I hope she renews her contract and stays a couple more years like Heidi did. I know she has been a bit boring lately, but I think its in part because the fact that VS has been pushing these new boring angels more and more lately and toning Ale down. Maybe the fantasy bra was her farewell gift lol. Doutzen did rock it this year. She is after all like the most beautiful blonde. Given the fact that VS uses Frida, Barbara, Toni, Shanina etc in their shows, it kinda confuses me how out of these models not even one is made an angel yet Erin, Lily, Chanel, Behati and Lindsay are?

I too wonder what kind of special segment they will have this year on the angels during the show.

I hope whatever type of special segment they have adriana is more included than she was last year. They didn't even show childhood pics for her like they did of everybody else, IMO hers were the best because she looked the same

I think maybe she didn't want her pictures to be shown, she always says she hated taking pictures when she was little & that she was always crying on the pictures, maybe she just didn't feel like having her crying baby face showing in a bunch of pictures in national Tv

But i do agree, whatever they do i hope it has more Dri than last year.

Yeah I hope VS switches it up this year I'm getting tired of the whole angels talking about each other thing the most. I do agree that just with the previews and sneak peeks only that Adriana and Doutzen rocked the show I just hope they show Adriana's more fierce and toned down runway walk and not her other one and don't edit her too much like they always do. I can't say who else rocked the show and who didn't just yet until i see the full show though.

^Editing her is the only way she won't outshine the other girls. But I do think that they always give her enough screen time. She's always the first one they mention when they are talking about each other. And her name is always mentioned either right before or after she goes out on stage. I think that's enough.

The reason why CBS doesn't show Adriana speaking that much is because of her accent perhaps. I'm not saying I don't like her english because I absolutely LOVE it, she gets that cute accent in english and then when she speaks portuguese she has a very strong accent from Bahia too, that's so cute! But maybe CBS does not agree with me...

But i do believe that her accent is the reason why she doesn't get to do more crap for the show like hosting, i love her but sometimes it's hard to understand her & i don't think she can pull a hosting gig without making a mess with a lot of words. I don't speak portuguese so i have no idea of how strong her accent is there but in spanish she doesn't have half the accent she has in english

It is what it is though, I don't think her accent is that bad to the point they don't show her speaking often. She has done a lot of tv interviews for them, plus hosting would be reharsed and per recorded she has chances to get it right. I don't think her accent is holding her back from anything.

If they can use her to promote a lot in interviews, that are live, she could host in something that is pre recorded too.

I don't think the late night shows are live, not the ones she did. I mean like the morning shows. She has done more of those than a lot of the other angels.

I mean Adriana's goofy and has a distinctive voice that's why I think she'll be ok to host but oh well

Well I'm not brazilian, i don't know crap about portuguese & i have problems understanding her english sometimes, a lot of people in the forum (lot of them are english speakers) have said that too. Like i said, she does not have the same strong accent in spanish so obviously the problem is with the english.

& I'm sorry but Dri has been living in the US for way too long & her accent is still the same as it was 10 years ago so i do believe the accent holds her back a lot, after being this long being an ambassador for the brand that gets more publicity all-year-long in the US she should speak english like a pro. I love love love Adriana, but her accent it's a huge deal IMO, she should be hosting the show by now & going to all the big Late Night Shows, yet she only does Good Morning America, The Today Show & that stuff, while Miranda & Alessandra go to Chelsea Lately
