I don't think Trump is perfect (far from it), but the world was more peaceful and stable, when he was president of the USA. It's a fact.

Yeah, the mainstream media and US state department are ideologues trapped in 1995 era delusions.  Remember this?

Trump, his FP advisor, and Vivek's viewpoint is that the US should de-couple from China economically and prevent Russia from jumping further into China's arms (too late) both economically and militarily (too late..) by ending the war in Ukraine.   Now there is a constantly growing military & economic alliance (China-Russia-NK-Iran) due to the war.

China is surging equipment sales to Russia to help war effort in Ukraine, US intelligence finds | AP News

Basically the world is sleepwalking into more massive economic and military conflict with the extreme stupidity/insanity of the Biden administration  & NATO.

The Biden family has economic interests in Ukraine and so do many US financial institutions like Blackrock that they like to keep quiet about...

The New "Civil War" film's final act is aimed at controversy- instead of Jan 6th, the 'rebels'

Spoiler

storm DC and kill POTUS

The whole premise that California & Texas unite to attack DC doesn't make any sense too.  It appears (I also skimmed the film's cam rip) that the movie treads softly on the concept and is pretty shallow.  The civil war idea is very undeveloped in the film.

This whole concept of US civil war was better tacked in the comic series DMZ (also a short-lived series).

It has huge potential as we now know the key factors (ideological, regional, and cultural) dividing the country.  An objective (non-political and historical) and highly informed writer could make something huge about it.

I am surprised that Drinker can splice together so much footage from the film and not get a copyright strike.

Donald Trump TIME Interview on 2024 Transcript: Read | TIME

"Over the course of the interviews, Trump discussed his agenda for a second term, which includes deporting millions of people, cutting the U.S. civil service, and intervening more directly in Justice Department prosecutions than his predecessors. He also discussed his thinking on other issues, including abortion, crime, trade, Ukraine, Israel, and the prospects for political violence in this election cycle."

A bunch of corrupt slimeballs with no honor- suddenly they change face after the debate

Better to ask non extremist american(s) about this.

Are there left ones? I have the feeling everything is "extreme" these days especially when it comes to politics no matter "right" or "left" and those in between don't know what to do or who to vote so they won't vote at all what is another way to doom the world. Just result into the extremism with doing absolutely nothing. Also a form of extreme imo.

"Moderates", "centrists". They are not necessarily inactive. My point of view was that, as a non-american, I cannot objectively assume who will win this US election. And that an objective assumption can be made by those americans who do not fiercely adhere to any of the sides. It's logical that the far-right will say "Trump" and the far-left will say "Biden", isn't it?

Most likely, yes.

That's why I wondered what all the others (moderates, centrists, minorities, immigrants, natives etc) will vote in this kind of situation where you don't really have a "good" choice. Must be hella frustrating.

What are they doing?

As far as I understand, they can vote for candidates of both parties in different positions🤔 But yes, things are getting complicated now.
