Now, what I say may seem like a general statement, but I can break down a lot of instances of their decision making and very often you will see either the bureaucracy or the lobbies. There are lots of studies on this (studies that journalists won't bother to read, because they're lazy)

Didn’t we just spend $30,000,000 on a report that evaluated that claim and found nothing? Continuing to proliferate that narrative is like me saying “look up the word “Cunt” on Wikipedia and there will be a photo of Hillary Clinton there”. You then industriously begin searching the word “Cunt” looking for that picture. You come back and report that there are no H.R.C. Photos associated with the C word anywhere on the Wiki. I then repeat to you my intitial assertaion and make an unequivocal case that the photo must be there. The point being that no matter how much I believe a thing to be true, or wish it into existence I cannot make that picture appear. That’s the lesson Maxine, and by the way I checked for your picture too. 🤮
