I am now 148/149- enough of this creeping weight gain with little increase in muscle mass- now I have to lose ten.  Time to cut carbs

I am ok in 50- 52 kgs, less no, and more not ok too (not only psychical type, in health it repercurts too)

the other day I was talking to a 5 foot 3 inch woman and she was being irrationally self conscious of her body and the shape of her legs.  

 

I reminded her that the 6 ft tall models she is getting influenced by in women's media and advertisements isn't any standard to base one's personal evaluation of their own physique, which is based on a much different bone structure.

You gotta look what suits you the best, you cant look what suits others the best. We all are born different.
