Growing up, I played field hockey, tennis, squash and golf. I was on the golf team at Georgetown, and my twin brothers, who are 17, are both nationally ranked squash players. MY PERSONAL STYLE is really casual—like, black skinny jeans and a T-shirt. I’ve never been a big dress girl. When I’m comfortable, I’m more outgoing and feel more like myself. MEDITATION MAKES ME HAPPY. I do 20-minute sessions morning and night. It gives me the same amazing feeling that I get from exercise. I SNACK A LOT. Every few hours, I have an egg or nuts or a piece of fruit. That way I don’t end up hungry and reaching for a brownie. I’M SINGLE RIGHT NOW, and that’s just fine.
