I like her a lot too but her breasts seem much reduced since Grey's Anatomy. I suppose this is inevitable for PR purposes (trying to mainstream her image) and from exercise/dieting (needed as you get older if you want to look as good).

Case in point, those Maxim pics are over 7 years old.
