I agree, its not very flattering. The more I look at it, the more I think its not her, just someone that looks like her.. But they tagged her in it, so it must be..

I think maybe its just old? She doesn't look as toned in this pic as she currently is.  

It is her, must be in her heavier days few years back. Glad that she‘s working out now and on a diet. Body and face look better now.
