Louise Roe is a stylist not a commercial model. While she is represented by model agencies, its more for PR work ie tearsheets about her and editorials. So it's definitely not her.

My bet?  It's Rayla Jacunda.  Same bust size, waist curve, and yes - the belly button test works too

Definitely not Rayla, Astrid, or Gal. She does look like Carlye, though she seems a bit young.

Well.... take one more look.  Aside from the body, which is a spot-on match, here is a facial comparison.  The left is the "target" woman.  The 3 rightmost images are Rayla doing some work for Soma in early 2014.  They're either the same (considering what photoshop can do these days...), or they're sisters lol.

 

This is a tough one. I'm leaning towards Astrid, but the jury's still out.

Ridgeway - Astrid's doing Vogue, not JCP weekly ads.  Her bust is also too small.  I'm not trying to convince you - but there isn't even a facial resemblance.  We'll keep looking if you're not convinced it's Rayla (as no one else is....), but it's not GG (Gal Gadot), nor Astrid - IMHO.
