To be honest this song sounds like something I'd find on MTV Dance then again... I'll probably start liking it after playing it a couple more times...

Here's one especially for Stormbringer's perusal. Very Audioslave/Soundgardeny.

Interesting!! I liked it, nice guitar sound and some great riffs too. Just would've liked more aggressive vocals, but they aren't bad at all anyway.

And the official single now....

Pretty different from their usual sound. Never too late to reinvent yourself though, look at Matthew McConaughey.

Preview for the new Julian Casablancas (and The Voidz, apparently) album. Love the scrappy VHS visuals.

Tame Impala and Kendrick Lamar team up for the soundtrack of the movie 'Divergent'. Hands up who saw that coming?

First full-length track to be lifted from Sharon Van Etten's 'Are We There'.

And finally (for now), a new song from Beach House. It's been recorded for a compilation album by the name of 'Space Project', which is to be released for Record Store Day on April 19.

^Awesome stuff

My favourite song from the new Elbow album - gorgeous

Here's some unreleased Johnny Cash. It's one of several cuts recently discovered by archivists at Legacy Records.

More new Lykke Li.

And a new one from Tune-Yards.

Latest video from The War On Drugs. Kurt Vile meets Arcade Fire at their most Bruce Springsteen-ish.

First play anywhere (maybe ) of the new single by The Black Keys.

^ Oh I really like the Black Keys, but definitely didn't like this....

I hope the rest of the album will be better.

It's a sign that the band weren't content just to churn out 'El Camino II' (which I think is quite admirable given what a big deal they've become), but the song itself bored me a bit, if I'm honest. Maybe it'll be more of a grower.

Here's the comeback track from Slow Club. Almost a complete departure from their signature sound, but it's probably the best thing they've ever done.

Favourite new band or new favourite band, maybe both.

New one by Peace. Guitars reminiscent of Blur's 'There's No Other Way'.
