I suppose I should keep this going

I'll start it off with an awesome cover of Journey's Don't Stop Believing by The Jezabels

I was waiting for you to start this thread

Here's the new one from Beck. How on Earth can it be six years since his last album?

Chvrches cover Bauhaus's 'Bela Lugosi's Dead' in candy coated fashion.

Dum Dum Girls go second wave goth.

Good stuff Michael

Here's another new one from the forthcoming St. Vincent album. The subtle head movements freak me out slightly.

Some pretty cool live performances by Arcade Fire

Grouplove cover Cage The Elephant's Spiderhead

Great stuff. I've never seen the band dressed so casually.

Looking forward to the debut album by this lot. Love child of Lush, Ride and My Bloody Valentine via Dresden, San Diego, Alberta and, erm, Leicester.

Latest track from Marissa Nadler, whose sixth album lands next week. Love the gentler folk sound.

New one from ex-Cardigan Nina Persson's solo album. Still one the best voices around.

^I saw her perform live at last, at the Laneway Festival yesterday. She was pretty fantastic - she exudes a lot more confidence on stage than I expected. A ready-made star :Dinah:

Also fell in love with Daughter and was blown away by Chvrches. Haim and Warpaint were great too

Sounds bloody marvellous. If I start swimming now, will I make it in time for next year?

Speaking of recent gigs, I finally realised the dream I'd been harbouring since 2011 and saw Anna Calvi live. One of my top five shows of all time, easily. She's so refreshingly free of gimmickry and her sound is absolutely timeless.

More St. Vincent. Continues to build on my already high hopes for the album.
