MODELINA's Look of the Week: Gisele Bundchen Shines Bright in Sao Paulo!

When Gisele Bündchen took to the beaches of Costa Rica last month, the whole world stopped and stared. It had been just three months since she had given birth to her precious baby girl Vivienne Lake and already she was back to flawless bikini ways! But let us not forget that as impressive as her beach-ready body may be, Gisele is a known red carpet stunner, a fact she made clear once again at a Pantene promo event earlier this week.

In her first red carpet appearance since giving birth to Vivienne, Gisele returned home to her native Brazil looking as glamorous as ever in a gleaming gold ensemble that was hands down, our Look of the Week winner. The hot mama was all smiles as she made her way down the carpet, showing off her incredible long legs in a dazzling gold minidress with a deep-V neckline and Art Deco beaded design. The supermodel let her natural beauty shine through by keeping her accessories minimal, opting for a metallic gold sandals, a simple diamond tennis bracelet and subtle hoop earrings.

When it came down to the beauty factor— a strong point for the super to say the least— the bombshell couldn’t resist flaunting her back-from-vacation glow with a natural, minimal makeup look. As she flipped her signature tumbling blonde waves from side to side, it was clear that Pantene couldn’t have found a better spokesmodel for its Expert Collection of hair products, nor could we have found a more stunning Look of the Week pick!

What’s more, if the latest rumors prove to be true, it looks like we can expect even more fabulous Gisele style sightings as Brazilian beauty is said to be on the hunt for a new NYC condo with husband Tom Brady. hm was she spotted with Anna or solo I wonder? oh boy....she has been in NY alot lately. I suspect some covers + a campaign coming.

and maybe the apartment searching rumors are true.

I was thinking the other day. Over a year with no Gisele controversy. I can't believe it. :o

Now I only hope it continues. :p

Gisele Bundchen breastfeeding Vivian lingerie during testing in Sao Paulo

This Monday (8), Gisele Bündchen woke up very early to shoot for the campaign of Hope, in Sao Paulo. Again, the photographer Nino Muñoz of Chile was chosen, who has worked with the top several times, including campaign earlier brand of lingerie and fashion magazines.

The photo shoot lasted 3 hours, began at 5 am and ended at 8. During the photo shoot, accompanied by a team of about 10 people, Gisele switched costumes, nursed the daughter Vivian and waited for equipment problems were resolved. All the greatest good humor. In farewell, thanked the model with an honest team "earned" high fives and spontaneous gesture that could be translated as: "did a good job."

Gisele Bundchen landed in São Paulo with youngest Vivian, 4 months, on April 2.

I think her and Tom both sold their NYC apartments around 2009. They live in Boston & LA now. :)

according to twitter they're still in NY this week, something must be going on. She better be shooting something major. :p

Gisele was in NY for a whole week while many F/W campaigns were being shot. I expect at least one comeback campaign.

The Products: “Gisele and I have a long history. We met sixteen years ago when I was casting a fashion show for Richard Tyler in London. She was a new model who had just come from Brazil. We were friends for a year or two before I even touched her hair. The friendship always came first. She actually looked identical to the way she does now, only a little paler. I remember using John Frieda Ocean Waves on Gisele during those early days. It came in a spray bottle and you had to shake it up to activate the oil and ocean-y part. It was made with coconut oil and smelled like suntan lotion. It gave you that beachy texture that’s impossible to recreate from the ocean. Gisele always liked the smell; it was like summer. I think I used it on literally every single shoot for the Victoria Secret’s swim catalogs. The product was discontinued, though, so now I use Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray. Another old favorite that’s no longer around is John Frieda Spun Gold Finisher. It came in this little tin and you tapped it on your fingers and ran it through the hair. I always used it on Gisele, not that she would know it…she never knows what’s going on with her hair at shoots! She’s usually playing with her kids, but this product was the trick for giving her hair that super glossy and sleek finish.”

What was a favorite fashion moment from past Met Galas?

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady from 2008. She wore this pink Versace dress and just looked like perfection. Plus, he's such a good-looking guy and you can really see the love between them in person. You really get the sense they're best friends. They looked luminous in pictures but to really see it in person— I really enjoyed that!
