Yeah definitely.  Piana was like him but "only" ~300  pounds.  He is 350.  He probably has various forms of organ damage by now.  He claims to consume 17,000-12,000 calories a day and 6-9 pounds of beef, daily.  Apparently he is a gym owner in Prague and has some wealth, so he can spend a lot of money doing this to himself.

 

The most alarming thing to me, besides his immense size, is the bizarre, mutated veins on his biceps.  Normal veins aren't supposed to zig-zag in a pile....!!
