I've noticed supermodels are "celebrity" when they are dating with guys kinda Leonardo di Caprio or when they are doing much commercialls, there are very few "celebrities" among high fashion models, actually there aren't new celebrities as high fashion models,there are just the same Naomi and Kate M.
October 7, 200618 yr So true, models don't get much attention, but if they are dating a famous person they do get it. I don't get it why models don't get the attention like Naomi, Cindy, Linda and Claudia in the '90's. I would love to see more models in showbizz

October 8, 200618 yr The thing is that commercial models just look more appealing to people because of weight and they're stereotypical features, they have a "general" look that is save with western features mostly, along with a little more flesh than models like Tiiu. There aren't so many models that can appeal both in the fashion world and the commercial/celebrity world. I would have to say I'm the kind of person who would prefer a model like Doutzen or Adriana over a model like Vlada, Snejana, Tiiu or Inguna... so I guess I'm one of those people who you might not like . I still think I enjoy fashion and I think I know a little bit about it.

Yeah me too well depends i like different models , on my sig there are my fav models and i Love Bianca , Daria & Natasha , and i also like Stam but then i like Adriana & Alessandra & Ana , so see it doesn't mutter necessarly if they're high fashion or not as long as i like them & their personality , i mean i Hate Gemma , Vlada , Raquel & Euginia (actually not anymore really i just think she's ugly) and then i also don't like Gisele or Heidi. But Doutzen is kind of model that can do designer/high fashion and also comercial , and that's why's been soo succesfl for so quickly since she fisrt started at 18 and she's La Senza model and now L'oreal also so see she's somewhere in between.
