July 30, 201311 yr PENELOPE CRUZ has directed a film to celebrate the launch of her new lingerie line, L'Agent, for Agent Provocateur. The film marks the actress' directorial debut and stars her husband, Javier Bardem, model Irina Shayk, and her heavily pregnant sister, Mónica Cruz - with whom she collaborated on the underwear collection - as well as an army of other lingerie-clad models.The short campaign film was shot in the sisters' home town of Madrid. Making it a true family affair, their brother, Eduardo Cruz, composed the soundtrack, while their mother, Encarna Sanchez, assisted on set, reports WWD. The film will premiere at the Soho Hotel tomorrow night - but with Cruz having given birth to her second child just last week (on the same day that the royal baby was born), the family are not expected to attend."[it was] very personal and important for me, a very interesting experience," Cruz told WWD of the film. "They gave me all the freedom and I was able to tell the story I wanted to tell. I used women of all shapes and sizes, as it was important for me to let women know that this brand is for everyone.
