Plus, I really detest running.
March 9, 200619 yr Yeah my nephue is in wrestling and he would drop about 10 poundsi n 4 days, but he would gain it right back when he would eat normally, so yeah///plus when you are losing merely water weight it snot noticable, all you can see is a change in the scale not really your clothes
March 10, 200619 yr running will give you a very slim look. I must say I was in my best shape when I was on cross country in 10th grade but the problem was i looked very thin because I ran 3 miles everyday.
