Went in to this fancy massage place yesterday Cuz I had sore body from workouts and they definetly got every knot out of my back with the amount of force they were using on me...Then something new happened the started scrapping my back! Apparently it's called Gua sha. Looks terrible. Before they had started the Gua sha she asked if I wanted cupping, which I turned down because I didn't want marks.. Next time there will be no Gua sha either, clearly. I do feel amazing today tho!
