Got to the last 2 books of the Witcher for the second time.  I enjoy and comprehend much more than the 1st time I read it.  Better than GOT & LOTR

got my blood work done in the first time in 17 years.  Pretty pleased to see that there are no real issues.

 

I have slightly low white blood cell count and surprisingly, quite low cholesterol and blood sugar.   I eat meat 2 times a day..
