We're such little lambs when it comes to the authority :laugh: If the government decides something, we just shut the hell up and deal with it. There might some little protests every now and then, but that is all. :whistle:

You guys need to rise up then!

America has it's problems for sure, but we at least have the Bill of Rights and other amendments.

@Cult Icon sorry to read about your veteran friend.

@Stromboli1 thank you for reposting the letter from the prez so I could read it.

Covid19 has impacted our household this week.

Hubs was released from his contract at his workplace. They were cutting bait, releasing their temp/contract workers to downsize their workforce.
He’s filed for unemployment, which is going to be a long time coming I suspect, due to the Unemployment commission being low staffed.

For now it’s a waiting game.

You're welcome!

That sucks about your household and husband. The economic damage is going to be terrible.

@Stromboli1 On the fun side of conspiracy theories. Wimbledon has been paying pandemic insurance for years. By cancelling the tournament this year, Wimbledon made over $100 million.

Very interesting! :chicken::chicken::chicken::chicken::chicken:

I wonder what feminists think of the Adele divorce?

I have my issues with Bill Maher, but this is good.

Just call it the Wuhan virus, I don't think people in Wuhan would give a crap  :idk:

Thanks. It sucks bad.

Sorry to hear of this. On the bright side it is happening to millions of people- which should motivate state action-  and the benefits should continue if the crisis isn't resolved past July.  I heard that the clogged up website is easier to access if you use it late at night or before dawn.  If you are approved, then the state wires you the money in 3 days.

Happy Easter everyone!

Hope all of you are able to enjoy it regarding the circumstances and stay safe.
