Yeah Samsung is better than Apple, but not by that much.

Sure, both of them may take a part of us if we don't use them wisely :ermm:

Finally done with my meat!

Looks good. How is it marinated?

I used to live close to a Vietnamese restaurant, where they had a tartar steak, vietnamise style with an awesome marinaed. Like this:

Bol+de+tartare+de+boeuf+vietnamien+CB+75

The restaurant looked ugly and cheap (and maybe not perfectly clean ), but whatever, this was gooood! Raw meat with spicy sauce :bellazon::bellazon:

Top ones are marinated with olive oil, garlic, serrano pepper, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Bottom ones are marinated with olive oil, garlic, habanero, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and orange juice

How did IBeto " stand on tables because I have no substance" O'Rourke make it to this debate and no Tulsi Gabbard? :idk:

Job interviews are mostly useless. You can't figure out if someone's fit in an hour. A good actor / bad worker can put on a smokescreen and a bad actor / great person can miss a great opportunity (for them and the employer).

Then again, I don't think there are any other good alternative. So, that's probably the worst solution, except for all the others... :ermm:

I hate them because I never give good interviews.

The best persons I hired gave very average interviews at first (because of the stress), but when ppl start feeling at ease, you can see things you would've missed otherwise.

I don't like old school interviews where the recruiter tries to trick you, stress you and see how your react. How is that useful for most jobs?? I mean unless you're a police negotiator or a spokesperson at a press conference, I don't see the point :ermm:

Some HR manager think that handling the stress during the interview means that you'll be able to handle the stress at your work, but that's just wrong. I know ppl that can handle a lot of very stressful situations, but are stressed during interviews (because it's their future at stake!)

^ It's like with women. Some men can feel stressed when they have to speak to a woman they really like (even when they're casual the rest of the time).
