I used to live close to a Vietnamese restaurant, where they had a tartar steak, vietnamise style with an awesome marinaed. Like this:

The restaurant looked ugly and cheap (and maybe not perfectly clean ), but whatever, this was gooood! Raw meat with spicy sauce

The best persons I hired gave very average interviews at first (because of the stress), but when ppl start feeling at ease, you can see things you would've missed otherwise.

 

I don't like old school interviews where the recruiter tries to trick you, stress you and see how your react. How is that useful for most jobs?? I mean unless you're a police negotiator or a spokesperson at a press conference, I don't see the point

 

Some HR manager think that handling the stress during the interview means that you'll be able to handle the stress at your work, but that's just wrong. I know ppl that can handle a lot of very stressful situations, but are stressed during interviews (because it's their future at stake!)

 ^ It's like with women. Some men can feel stressed when they have to speak to a woman they really like (even when they're casual the rest of the time).
