US is way too much on the other side- to the point where there are very few blacks and latinos that will vote Republican and business owners try to pay as little as possible when the job market is tight.  Also, in the US even low wage earners are taxed significantly (eg. 18 percent) from their already poor earnings.

 

Recently I got a political mail that was Anti-Biden, Anti-Black, and Anti- Latino, while being Pro-White and Pro-Asian.  That's kind of the political-economic-racial divide right there.

If you like Punisher a lot I highly recommend the comic, Punisher Max. It is an awesome comic and something I wish can be made into a series.  The entire comic is free online at readcomic

 

I think the most recent Punisher movie was heavily inspired by it.  I liked it personally.

No, the one after that, with the star of HBO's Rome series.  Punisher War Zone.  

 

The film is not perfect but it is the closest one to the Punisher MAX comics.   He is a better punisher than Jane.  I think however, he could have been meaner and more cruel.  He was a little too nice in this film.

That's twitter stock price history compared to what Elon paid per share. I don't know which advisors green-lighted this deal, but it's very very pricey.

 

That's why I think the previous board of directors did a good job. If they hadn't done what they had done, the previous shareholder should have fired their asses.

Basically they got offered more money than the company is almost certainly worth, an offer that wasn't very likely ever to be matched let alone exceeded. And then they did not allow Musk to finagle out of the deal. From the prospective of a shareholder, that's what I would want them to do!

That's great. I have much more options than what I used to do at home. And I can feel that exercises are different depending on whether you use a cable machine, dumbbells or a barbell.

 

I'm lucky cause usually I don't have the same schedule as peak presence in the gym.

 

PS: yeah, they should definitely plug generators to the machines to help the power grid next winter

Apparently some of the fired Twitter staff are now getting approached to return.

If this is true, you have to wonder how exactly they handled the sackings. You would expect them to at least bother to check they were not allowing people with key knowledge leave.

But if they are truly returning already, you have to assume that is what happened. Amazing.
