Wow, you got a "burnout" from the gym? (like you couldn't do sports anymore?) You're sure it's not because you didn't sleep enough? :idk: They say sleeping is essential.

I forced my body too much (sometimes I did 1.5 - 2 hour sessions). 2018 I had 5 day splits and I never recovered properly. Yes, sleep and food are essential. I had my 6-7 hours of sleep, but my body just couldn't keep up.

I usually do 2 days a week of gym (at home with bodyweight/dumbbells) and 2-3 days a week of other sports. Now that there's a quarantine, I work out every day  and sometimes I go for a walk or running.

Sounds good! :) I do my home workouts every other day. I'd love to do more cardio, but it's the most boring thing in the world

Yes, that's really slim. I'm around 185 cm / 75 kg (I only use the metric system, the other one is barbaric :nicole:)  and I think I'm already pretty thin.

How much weight/muscle did you gain (and in how long)?

Yes I was anorexic. You have a tall frame and could easily add 5-10kg/11-22 lbs. (Both systems are fine! :nicole:).

My morning weight is around 84-86 kg/185-190 lbs right now. I used to play soccer when I was younger and did some light lifting back then. It took around 3 years and PT help to get results. The thing is, I still see myself as that 60kg kid how couldn't lift anything. The hardest part is to change your body image after being anorexic for all my childhood.

were you eating correctly?

My most impressive physical shape was 185-190 lbs when I was 21.  The most I've ever weighed was 195 lbs.  The only way I was able to maintain this was to eat (an unhealthy and coma-inducing ) amount of food, more than I have ever eaten since.  It's because I had access to a good meal plan & good gym and literally, every meal was a buffet and I could down huge amounts of protein with no effort.

After that experiment, I've been 140-155 lb ever since lol .  The funny thing is, I am about as strong as I was when I was 190 lbs.  Muscle density is a thing and I never really needed to carry all that weight and all that hassle.  The average soldier in WW2 in Europe was 140-150 lbs.

The metric system is the only one that makes sense because it's decimal based. You know we use decimal numbers because we have ten fingers. So, I guess that those who invented the imperial system had 12 fingers :nicole::nicole::nicole:

I generally don't trust imperial people with 12 fingers ;)

I can't put up any weight unless I workout. I tried different meal plans (healthy & unhealthy) and 3000+ kcals/day had no effect. I remember doing 2 x 1000kcal protein shakes + regular food daily:idk:

oh you are one of those people..

I am the extreme opposite- which is why I have counted calories since an early age, my avg. consumption rate is under 2000.  If I don't exercise, I am sure to gain fat if I go above 1700 calories.

In a concentration camp, you would die first and I might live long enough to get liberated..

Those who cant get their hands on an N-95

nanofiber' mask fabric manufactured in Oklahoma filters 9 times as many tiny, potentially dangerous particles as a bandana, independent tests show.

I noticed that the poor store employees often are only wearing the bandana- they should be the ones wearing  N95, not the hoarder that can rarely leaves the house.

I saw Louis CK's new special. Copies have leaked online.

IMHO I would give it a 3 out of 5, it's not his best work and no where as X-rated and funny as his leak last year.   It has a long stretch of flat material, too stereotypical (eg. God jokes) but starts to pick up.   He ends the special with bits about the sex scandal though!

Is it a video or just audio?
