She may not be able to come out and say one way or another, she's probably got two PR's up her ass, his and hers, and if this is a beginning relationship then she probably wants to remain private about it. And if there is in fact no relationship they both may be pushing for the PR, after all any press is good press. And if she wants to remain relevant in the public spotlight what better way to do it. Also Sports Illustrated may be saying not to say anything. She's their current "IT" girl, they may want the fantasy of a sports athlete being connected to their cover girl for what is the most coveted cover of the year for the magazine.It's no worse then models or actors calling paps when they're going out so they can get that picture on some blog site, or in the paper. Watch her Ellen interview and there's quite a bit of hedging as well, but there is a bit more definitiveness then TMZ is putting out.

February 19, 201213 yr She could not be any hotter As for Mark Sanchez lots of models answer that kind of question the way she has, it usually means there is something there but she can't confirm it because it's early stages, and she can't deny it because if she did and they do go the distance then she would be called a liar. I think she is answering the best she can. She is only 19 you know.
